DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required. - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting PC , notebook, workstation and printer issues. - Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with users and document incidents. - Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and the ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues. - Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred - Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and a strong understanding of system and network security best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple issues. - Strong interpersonal skills to provide clear, professional, and efficient support to users, and collaborate effectively with L1 and Internal Mubadala IT Teams. -Fluent in spoken and written Indonesian and English, proven with a minimum TOEFL score of 450 from a reputable institution like ETS (Educational Testing Service), for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. ( nice to have )
