DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create invoice and maintain aging customer's invoice
Manage cash flow and payment daily/monthly
Maintain petty cash and the book keeping
Creating Tax Invoices (including for buyers/transaction partners)
Creating Tax Withholding Evidence
Operating Tax applications (Coretax, DJP Online, E-Faktur and E-SPT)
Calculation of periodic VAT
Communication in English both Writing and Oral with overseas agent
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree (S1) or Vocational Highschool (SMK) Accounting/Financial/Economics Prefer experience in the Freight Forwarding business 2 years of relevant working experience preferred Age of 23-30 years Have good knowledge of financial and tax regulations in Indonesia Preferably have professional certification as Brevet A and B Able to speak and writing English,Mandarin spoken will be more considered Able to work under pressure during peak seasons / end year report Preferable who domiciled around company area Effectively and firmly collect debts
