DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conducting requirements gathering activities from business process owners and documenting them in the Business Requirement Document (BRD) and System Requirement Document (SRD).
Analyzing the current system in operation.
Collaboratively setting work priorities during the development and maintenance phases of the software.
Participating in Sprint Planning, Standup Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Creating or completing detailed tasks to be assigned to the development team through Jira.
Planning task execution collaboratively with the development team, including specifying start dates and deadlines for each task.
Developing software testing scenarios documented in the Testing Scenario Document.
Leading and guiding the development team in implementing the prepared design.
Ensuring tasks are completed on time.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Information Technology and others.
Must Have BNSP Professional Certification in System Analyst (mandatory)
Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in the area of Information Technology especially IT System analyst;
Having knowledge and experience in SDLC;
Analytical thinking related to systems, making appropriate documentation regarding system changes and developments
