DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Research, design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions.
Monitor, review and analyze system health performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience.
Provide onboarding and offboarding for new hire/leaver.
Documenting system configuration, process and IT user guide
Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues onsite and offsite (onboard vessels)
Required to travel to other countries to provide IT support for the vessel when necessary.
Role as an IT procurement officer and work closely with vendor.
Monitor and manage the billings and subscriptions for SAAS and M365.
Manage IT hardware and software inventory.
Conduct periodic IT operation checklist.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in IT or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience.
