DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Determine the sales target for each segment per year and divide it up to the sales target per month in the B to B, Project and Traditional Market segments. Create and implement sales strategies or activities that can help increase turnover achievement against targets. Maintain the profitability of each sale by monitoring turnover and costs incurred regularly and periodically Analyze the stock level of each brand regularly and periodically so that the ideal stock level can be maintained in the area under its authority. Make projections for future inventory levels compared to existing sales Monitor stock of goods that are out of date/slow moving/dead stock and carry out stock clearance activities Assist in maintaining inventory of goods from loss and theft in the field and in the warehouse Make a plan to purchase goods that suit the tastes of the market share in Indonesia Determine the type and quantity of goods purchased according to sales capacity Monitor the process of ordering goods from the brand principal, payment and delivery of goods until they arrive at the warehouse Supervise the process of distributing goods from the warehouse to customers Oversee all promotional activities and ensure they comply with the provisions of the brand principal Collaborate with the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing division in carrying out social media activities and placing digital advertising Supervise and assess subordinates so that they work optimally Provide regular and periodic training and motivation so that the entire sales team can work effectively and efficiently so that they can achieve sales targets Maintain good relationships with each PIC in order to achieve sales targets Supervise and monitor activities carried out by competitors and create comparison strategies Make reports regarding sales achievements and inventory conditions comprehensively and periodically to superiors Supervise the use of the approved budget so that it is in accordance with the plan and obtains maximum results
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 38 years old. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing. At least 3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing field is required. Able to operate Microsoft Office. Willing to travel out of town.
