Execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets both immediate wins and long-term growth targets and aligns with the company's overarching business development objectives.
Take an active role in industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to broaden the company’s network among key influencers and decision-makers.
Use your established network proactively to uncover and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving strategic business expansion.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and potential partnerships through research, networking, and active industry engagement.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance the sales funnel’s efficiency and conversion rates.
Guide potential clients through the sales process, addressing their questions and customizing solutions to meet their specific needs and requirements.
Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate leads and spark engagement.
Drive the negotiation and successful closure of strategic partnerships and deals, contributing to the company's market position and revenue growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Implement best practices in sales operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Keep CRM systems updated with detailed records of prospect interactions, feedback, and emerging business development leads.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with marketing campaigns and product innovations are informed by market needs and customer feedback.
Establish strong internal communication channels to ensure key insights and learnings are shared across the organization.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively address client queries and nurture ongoing relationships, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of best practices in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and sales.
REQUIREMENT
5-7 years of Sales experience
Have experience working in similar company is highly preferred (Partipost, Hiip Indonesia, C Cannel, GetCraft, PopStar, Lemon, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exposure to influencer marketing or digital marketing agencies preferred.
A natural ability to connect with decision-makers and build lasting business relationships.
Knowledge or keen interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a relentless hunter for new business opportunities.
Proficient in using HubSpot CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
