DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s business objectives. Provide financial insights to guide executive decision-making. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial performance and trends to identify risks and opportunities. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the board and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate governance standards. Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards. Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling. Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks). Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
