You have experience working asynchronously with strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail. You are passionate and proactive when it comes to improving processes and workflows and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You understand the value of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and you are motivated to have your success measured by them. You have familiarity with ticketed systems (Intercom) and CRM systems (HubSpot) or have used similar systems in the past. You have the ability to simplify and effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. You are able to work a US-based time zone schedule.
