REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the F&B industry. - Strong knowledge and network of the F&B industry, including restaurants, bars, chains, and foodservice channels. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - Proficiency in using CRM systems or sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities. - Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
