DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Assist in the preparation of the company budget to help meet all financial goals. - Process and organize invoices to ensure bills are paid and received in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions, provide summaries when necessary. - Recommend actions to stop misuse of budget and reduce loss. - Maintain accounts by recording, identifying and verifying financial transactions. - Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained. - Perform month end closing activities such as revenue accounting, expense accounting, account reconciliation, etc. - Manage account payables and receivables activities. - Assist in managing credit and collection activities. - Collaborate with others in the accounting department to ensure all financial actions are accurate.
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - At least 3 years experiences are required as team leader - can process banking, tax report, financial statement report & costing. - Exceptional time management, communication, and problem solving skills. - English with proficient - TOEIC/TOEFL - Familiar with formula Excel & ability accounting system (Accurate/SAP/ERP) - Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
