DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Network project implementation such as configure and deploy network equipment (router, switch, firewalls and etc); Network CT class Proof of Concepts such as collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define PoC objectives Coordinating with team members in order to identify issues, resolve tickets and troubleshoot faulty server and networks; Replace faulty parts for server and networks, including hard drives, motherboards or memory card, etc.; Onsite to client data centre with spare parts; Check server and network information (Location / SN / Warranty) to make sure info is correct; Perform firmware upgrade if it is necessary; Return failed parts to centralize place; Submit service report timely according to the requirement.
REQUIREMENT

Educational Requirement: Diploma or above, preferably in computer science and technology, information security, network engineering, or related computer majors. Language Requirement: Good communication skills in English; able to communicate in Chinese is a bonus. Experience Requirement: 1-3 years IP IT project delivery, network design or IP network maintenance experience. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, Wireless, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MPLS, BGP/OSPF/ISIS, Layer 2 Swtiching etc.)
