DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

-Develop and refine sales processes to enhance team efficiency. -Monitor sales performance in main dealer and implement improvements as needed. -Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., media, marketing) to align with our sales goals also coordinate with Biro Jasa for license (STNK and BPKB) -Supervise team include CS, Admin and Showroom Department -Manage contracts and performance metrics for third-party partners. -Oversee operations across multiple showroom locations prepare opening new showroom, distribution equipment and marketing collateral -Ensure consistent sales practices and standards across all showrooms.
REQUIREMENT

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. -3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in automotive, FMCG or electric vehicles. -Experience managing third-party agencies and multiple locations. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills -Fluent in English
