Discover customers' Employee Benefit needs during client appointment and capture GM sales opportunities.
Collaborate with difference business partners to seek GM business opportunities
Meeting the required level of activities and sales targets
To provide quality pre and post sales service, participate in client meeting and explore any other GM sales opportunities.
Complete business fulfilment process as appropriate and maintain a smooth & efficient daily operations
Establish good rapport and maintain relationship with customers, handling enquiries, resolving customer problems or complaints and follow up with customer's applications
Supporting the team manager in developing and implementing the business plan and relevant business initiatives for Employee Benefits.
REQUIREMENT
Solid experience in the Employee Benefit industry being in front-line/customer service
Thorough understanding the product knowledge of GM
Team player with a self-motivated mind-set and genuine interest in Employee Benefit industry
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Effective problem-solving skills
University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience
Qualified with Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (paper1 & 3)
