DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identifies, researches, and resolves daily technical problems existing managed service customers. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configuration
REQUIREMENT

Fresh graduate are welcome, has strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to learn new things. Proficiency in Linux Administration, DNS Concept, Networking Concept. High Availability & DC-DRC Concept, Web Server (Apache HTTPD, NGINX), Load Balancer (HAProxy, NGINX), Database Server (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, InfluxDB, Microsoft SQL), Email Services (Postfix, Zimbra, Proxmox Mail Gateway). Monitoring (Grafana, Nagios, Riemann, Prometheus, etc), Logging (ELK Stack, Graylog, etc). Experience in technology that used by Microservice Architecture (Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes) will be a plus. Experience/has knowledge in scripting (Bash/Python,etc) will be a plus. CI/CD & Automation (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitLab Runner) will be a plus. Having certification in Linux administrator will be a plus. Familiar with GCP/AWS/Azure will be a plus.
