DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate and monitor implementation of protocol and stewardship principle in seed related field plots including variety registration trial and regulated material trials (Confined Field Trial) in consultation with stewardship team APAC and under the direction of Market Development manager, Indonesia. Act as Market Development representative in trait field trial site and to provide support and training on trait field trials stewardship principles implementation to trials collaborators and other stakeholders. Champion of Bio ETS (Excellence thru Stewardship), monitor and record stewardships activities for its Internal and external audit readiness. Ensuring the implementation of trial’s protocol and data generation as per guidelines to support the trial objectives YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cultivate working relationship with country and regional RS, Stewardship, and key external stakeholder partners of variety registration and traited seed regulated trials Implement trial procotol and stewardship requirement as per internal and government regulation to support seed product registration to support successful seed product launching plan Coordinate the execution of variety registration of conventional as well as traited seed activities in Indonesia
REQUIREMENT

Education/Experience BS in plant breeding/agronomy/biotechnology, ideally with knowledge in plant breeding, seed, and pest management. Working experience (3-5 years) in the areas of seed/agriculture/biotechnology Working experience seed variety registration and trait seed field trial would be a benefit. Knowledge and experience on using statistical and digital tools Skills Ability to work in multi-disciplinary cross-functional team-based working environment with a diverse range of external stakeholders, to meet timelines and needs. Good English written/oral communication skills, influencing & negotiating skills to achieve a desired outcome. Personal Characteristics Good problem solving, Persistence, assertiveness, creative, influencing and willing to travel to country’s side.
