DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead role and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with agile methods Coach teams and clients/Users towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile adaptation Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required skill(s): Project Plan, Timeline Project, Budgeting, Excellent Communication, Leadership, Team/People Management, Negotiation, Personal Organization Have a developer/software engineer background and have a good understanding of software architecture principles is a must for this position Familiar with many kind of Project Management tools Fluent in English Communication
