In-depth understanding of related business
Consult with management to review organization structure, job analyze and company business strategy
Build a strong relationship with Management & Employee to improve work relationships and increase productivity
Analyzing Human Resources data, highlight areas of concern and work with relevant parties on formulating and implementing effective solutions
Drive the deployment of HR Program, tools and strategy, ensure organizations understanding and meaningful deployment
Identify talent in every department and ensure talent development process is align with organization needs
Provide consultation in regards with HR process, tools, and people
REQUIREMENT
Minimal Bachelor Degree in any major
Minimal 2 Years as HRBP / HR Operations / HR Generalist
Having good analytical thinking and business awareness
Proficient in English
Willing to travel
Willing to be located in Head Office, Bintaro sector 7
