DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
A Systems Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring a company's information technology systems operate smoothly, providing technical support to users, and ensuring technical problems are resolved efficiently. Duties include troubleshooting, maintenance, user support, and collaboration with the IT team to ensure systems and networks function optimally.
Main responsibility:
User Support:
Support Acumatica system operations.
Support users of our business systems in Singapore, Australia, Philippines and Indonesia.
Support the users of Coreplan to maintain system accuracy.
Training users in Acumatica and Coreplan as needed
Provide technical support to users in terms of software and network.
Troubleshoot and identify solutions to technical questions from users.
Provide guidance on the use of enterprise applications and systems.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Analyze technical problems in software, and networks.
Identify the root cause of the problem and implement appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with other IT teams for more complex problem solving.
Maintenance and Monitoring:
Perform routine monitoring of system health, network performance, and software.
Perform software maintenance, including updates and patching.
Handle routine maintenance tasks such as data backup and recovery management.
Installation and Configuration:
Install and configure new software, and operating systems.
Ensure that device and system configurations meet business needs.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with other IT teams to solve more complex technical problems.
Provide inpu and support in infrastructure and system development projects.
Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation about issues resolved, solutions implemented, and system configurations.
Maintain records of software, and network configuration updates.
Data Security:
Ensure that necessary security measures are taken to protect sensitive data and company systems.
REQUIREMENT
bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or related field.
Previous work experience as a Systems Support Administrator or similar position will be a plus.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software.
Good analytical skills and technical problem solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with users and IT teams.
Must have good Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
Understanding of information security principles.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate within a team.
