Able to diagnose and resolve basic application or technical issue
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Need to have good understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) process so can blend quickly with existing process.
Need to have knowledge of invoicing process and tax process (in minimum)
