DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install and maintain all hardware and software Diagnose hardware and software problems Monitor server and network updates Manage user account (add/ remove account and reset passwords) to ensure compliance standard policy Maintaining entry tickets together with the application support team solving techincal problems & application issues.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1-2 years in realted position Maximum 30 years old. Minimun Bachelor Degree in any major Study in Informatics Technology (IT) Highly-Motivated, IT Maintenance & Security, Customer Service, Hardware & Software, and Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent English (speaking and writing). Willing to be placed in Citicon Tower, Slipi, West Jakarta.
