DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle tenants' renovation. Inspect and monitor tenants' area making sure that the design/construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the Management.
Basic knowledge of AUTOCAD.
Tracks and communicates work request status and completion.
Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
Prepares/reviews plans, estimates, scope of work for various projects.
Implements energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.
Can handle all level of clients.
Prepare other work as required.
REQUIREMENT
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
