DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
REQUIREMENT

Minimal 1 year experience as a scrum master or project manager Understand project management and service delivery Fully understand scrum and the overall agile development framework Preferably have experience in using Jira, including improving workflows Experienced in documentation creation, such as for requirement documents, functional design, SIT, and UAT scenario & script. Understand system frameworks, patterns, and architectures Willing to lead initiatives and programs Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have a basic understanding of front end and back end developers
