DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (eg: surveys, usability testing, user interviews) Prototype and user flows for usability testing Create artefacts and frameworks to ground teams in customer centric thinking, (eg: user journey, blueprinting, personas, design principles etc) Synthesize and communicate research findings to inform business decisions through rich storytelling via presentations, reports, workshops and any other novel creative deliverables Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations and persuade relevant teams to implement the recommended changes Collaborate with UI Designers and Business team under scrum methodology.
REQUIREMENT

1+ years of industry work experience in an applied research setting. Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills (both verbal and written/visual) Ability to draw clearly synthesis complexities A love for learning - you don’t know everything, but you are curious and are able to learn most things quickly Strong understanding of the design thinking/human centred design process.
