DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Plan monthly team forecast based on deal focus target of each team member
Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, deal focus achievement, and others to management
Arrange and lead daily telemarketing meeting in monitoring team members activity of the day
Review and ensure sales quotation and sales contract are correctly created, sent to and returned from customers
Monitor, report and deal with any issues related to customer complaints and feedbacks
Responsible to ensure team member to use and report their daily activity and sales pipeline as accurate and as details as possible
Responsible to ensure team member understand and align with sales department
Provide and arrange training to team members in related to product knowledge and other skills needed for the job related
Coordinate with finance team in monitoring the customer payment progress
Build up activities to motivate team members' spirits and align with company values
Analyze daily team member progress and activity based on daily/weekly/monthly report
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Telesales Manager
Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement
Proactive and initiative behavior at work
Have good communication skill & similar service
Strong people management skills.
Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
Strong analytical skills
Placement in Batam / Jakarta
