DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Preparing, reporting and supervising the day-to-day transactions.
Preparing and monitoring budget and forecasting expenditure.
Monthly bank reconciliations including follow up and correction of outstanding items.
Reconciliation and understanding of all balance sheet accounts and producing monthly financial statements and supplementary reporting as required.
Support in the closure of payable and received transactions.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and the general ledger accounts.
Working on the annual audit preparations.
Handling cash positions and keep records.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Ensuring all legislated taxes and assessments are reconciled and remitted.
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Accounting.
Two to four years’ experience as an Accountant.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, confidentiality, and dedication.
