DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Preparation and management of financial forecasting and budgets Preparation of financial reports for periodic strategy reviews Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast- Arrange, manage and control the use of the budget and develop improvements. Setting up data for monthly financial statement reports. Analyze and provide inputs and recommendation about monthly financial statement report Prepare cash flow forecasts and projects to assist in Cash management. Ensure that bank reconcile are completed every period Manage taxation and ensure compliance with tax laws End of month and year reporting including the preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT, Payroll, and other tax obligations Arrange Bank Guarantees for statutory purposes, tenders and contracts Prepare the unaudited financial statement of the Company and liaise with the external auditors to ensure smooth completion of the audit. Prepare payment to suppliers and staff Run a business process and policy
REQUIREMENT

1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Management or equivalent. 2.At least 5 years of working experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager is a must, will be more considerate if have experiences in the construction company 3. Strong analytical and forecasting to improve business 4. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines 5.Strong budgeting skills. 6. Understanding and knowing about PSAK and Tax Regulation 7. Able to use accounting software (Accurate) 8. Ability to meet and establish a deadline 9.Hardworking, honest, detail, responsible, able to work in a team as a good leader 10. Priority to work in Bandung
