DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assistant to General Manager or Executive on daily documentation Manage administrative, making appointment, task reminder, prepare supporting document and filing Communication window to Goverment (relation) Scheduling meeting, attend meeting and take meeting and follow up Prepare document including memos, letters, contracts, drafts and reports. Travel arrangement Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms File and update contact information related with Bussiness Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports Develop and maintain a filing system Document expenses and hand in reports
REQUIREMENT

Feminin Min. Diploma or Bachelor degree any major Fluent in Indonesian, English (both written and spoken) Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills Positive attitude in every situation High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalisme Proficiency in MS Office
