DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Serve as a product specialist for the product / solutions offered by the company. Conduct product demonstration. Perform client requirement analysis. Design solutions based on client’s requirements. Provide functional and technical clarification to clients. Prepare solution proposal and presentation slide. Support in prototype development and pilot run. Provide product training, consultancy services and technical advice to clients. Assist in project implementation and provide post-production support to clients. To work closely with sales team in technical sales presentations. Perform troubleshooting on reported issues, and perform proper escalation when necessary based on SLA and WLA as well as Roll Out.
REQUIREMENT

Possess Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 2+ years relevant experience in software solution demo and presentaiton. Able to speak and write English. Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills Independent and capable of working under own initiative, under pressure and tight deadline. Team Player with strong focus on the customer interfacing. Willing to travel and able to take up overseas assignments when necessary. Applicant must be willing to work in Medan or Surabaya.
