DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and grow their careers. Understand business and improve business flow with the help of your engineering team. Responsible for managing, growing your team as well as your team member’s promotions, demotions, hiring, etc. Ensure Team Happiness and Productivity at Shipper. Work with your team to build features, to maintain legacy code, improve and clean the code that your team owns. Contribute to design decision and code review. Take ownership of the projects to be available 24/7 and you’re willing to troubleshoot and maintain the services that your team owns. Work together with product manager to set the feature specs and set the target deadline. Drive the projects so you can meet the deadline with your team.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science or related field. At least 5 years of experience in CS fields. Has strong computer science fundamentals in algorithm and data structures. Has good understanding about system performance, scalability, software design pattern. You can be good developer in any language, but must be willing to work on Go. Proven record of good mentorship and leadership in delivering high quality projects.
