DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Application Development – Analyze business requirements, recommend/develop craft winning solutions that meets/exceeds expectations. Design & Develop best in class prototype/solution as per corporate standard methodology and guidelines.
Application Support – Periodically reviews all incidents and pro-actively works towards providing/fixing recurrent incidents to minimize the support volume. Stays on top of all Incidents and ensures resolution and improves operational efficiency
Application Testing - Develop systems specifications, system test plans, system test results and system documentation according to corporate standards and guidelines
Change Management & Solutioning - Ensure solution delivered are properly tested and meet specifications and timeline from development to deployment. Support unit testing, SIT testing, UAT testing effort when required.
Coaching & Mentorship - Provide mentorship to junior team members and share expertise throughout the organization
Accountable for solution designing and, code reviewing, deployment into production and post production support
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
At least 6 years of project development experiences.
Technical skills such as C#, ASP.NET, RDBMS design, IIS, CSS, Javascript, SQL, XML are required.
Knowledge on EDI & XML standards & related technology
Knowledge of Crystal Report
Experience with CRM and ERP systems : SAP Business One functional is a MUST
Analytical Thinking & Customer Orientation
Good Communication Skills and Teamwork
Good in English both oral & written
