DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Contact and visit existing and prospective customer to discuss and support their needs in marketing and selling company’s product. Approach and follow up new project lead from engineering consultant, contractor, sub-contractor or project owner and cultivating customer relationship across different industries and areas. Conducting sales presentation and make initial contact with owner or contractor to ensure the achievement of sales target. Conducting negotiation process and terms of sale and service agreements based on Company’s policy. Conduct verification on project’s specification based on sales and service agreements from customer. Prepare and deliver project documentation to related function for further administrative and operational process. Prepare and update project status and progress in order to provide sales report for management. Perform any other related tasks given by the company accordingly in line with company’s policy and standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from electrical/mechanical/industrial engineering major with 1-2 years of related working experiences as sales engineer in similar industry. Familiar with project sales environment and used to deal with contractor, consultant, owner, etc. Having good presentation, interpersonal and communication skill. Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people with pleasant personality Fluent in English both spoken and written. Computer literate (email, internet, Microsoft office,etc). Energetic, fast learner, creative and initiative. Hard worker with target and result oriented. Able to work individually and as a team. Willing to travel all over Indonesia if required. Fresh graduated are also welcome to apply. Having driving license A is required Willing to be placed in Sumatra or Kalimantan island
