DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

 Coordinate sales team in order to increase the level of sales and sales in accordance with the target.  Help the sales team and provide training in searching, serve and maintain consumer.  Help overcome the problems of the sales team and participate in conducting or assisting the sales team presentation if necessary.  Create sales strategis and disseminate to the sales team.  Provide sales report sales team either weekly, monthly or yearly.  Monitoring the sales team’s activities.  Monitoring sales and costumer payments from the sales team.  Determine discounting products to the sales team of the consent to the Manager or Director in advance  Sozializing and notify information about new sales to sales team.
REQUIREMENT

 Having 3 years working experience in related field in required for this position.  Require skill : Leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, Distributorship, Selling, Routine , Channel.  Preverably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Sales – Retail / general or equivalent.  Willing stay in Sumatra area (Aceh, Riau, Palembang, Padang, Jambi, Medan)
