To organize all resources delegated to him/her during his/her shift. To allocate, supervise, and lead the available power in the most efficient and effective way. To monitor process parameters in order to ensure that all product meet approved product specification. To ensure that all production plans are achieved, by implementing all process operation as per work instruction and quality plan. To coordinate with maintenance personnel for preventive and corrective action. To monitor and enforced safety procedure, cleanliness and system in order to protect all personnel from working accident. To monitor and control segregated non-conforming product, and to ensure that they are disposed per approved procedures. To enforce and implement company regulation and policy on field level, and take necessary action in coordination with production superintendent and HRD personnel. To appreciate downline performance under his supervision on time. To act on behalf of company at any problem areas, in order to build employee's motivation, loyalty and etc. Perform any other duties entrusted to him by the Production Superintendent. Do and implement all the necessary procedures as per FSMS requirement. To run production effectively and efficiently by utilizing all the resources as per standard. To report all the problems in their shift to his/her superior in term of products quality, machineries, people, etc. To check and control all transaction of materials and Finish Goods in his/her shift as per the SAP system and as per the actual transaction. Make sure the effective operational and maintain of the effective food & safety management system, ISO 9001 : 22000, 14001, SMK3, Halal & HACCP
