DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

+ Strong experience in handle distributor, conduct regular training and coaching to salesman and distributor + Handle all trade activity, reporting, distributor code of conduct and compliance + Familiar with Distribution Strategy and passionate in meeting more new people to grab sales opportunity + Arrange and conduct Below the Line and Area Acitivity + Familiar with working independently but a strong team player + Good in communication, negotiation and working with many third parties and customers + Regular Market Visit to gain Good Market Insights, Field Tracking and Field Coaching + Negotiate and deal directly together with distributors or independently
REQUIREMENT

+ Degree in Marketing / Economy + English communication (written & speaking) is a must + 5 years Experience in handling sale activities and distributors in consumer goods or automotive industry + Candidates with passion for the job and a challenging spirit preferred + Strong communications and interpersonal skills + Must be customer orientated + Must be willing to travel extensively (around 80% of time) and willing to work overtime + Good at Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
