DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

i. logging and processing support calls ii. installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners iii. planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades iv. setting up accounts for new employee, ensuring that they know how to log in v. talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter vi. responding to breakdowns vii. Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults viii. repairing equipment and replacing parts ix. obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings x. checking computer equipment for electrical safety xi. maintaining records of software licenses xii. managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
REQUIREMENT

i. Maximum age 27 years old ii. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/telecommunication), and Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00. iii. Excellent analytical skill and innovative problem solving iv. Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, results oriented v. Having knowledge in admin server network, technical support and supporting application; Domain Controller Server, Proxy / Mail / File Server, DHCP, DNS, CISCO, LAN, Trouble Shoot, etc. (Technical Support) vi. Having knowledge in database SQL Server and Oracle (Database Administrator) vii. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
