DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of the end to end process on FA compensation. Manage financing agreement and validation and reporting to management on financing matters. Deliver on adhoc projects when assigned. Enhancing/streamline workflow where applicable. Updating of SOP promptly and where applicable. Assist and handle enquiries professionally and promptly
REQUIREMENT

o Degree and above o Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in insurance related industry preferred. o Meticulous and organize. o Experience and aptitude for dealing with people, strong interpersonal and communication skills o A team player and ability to work independently. o Resourceful and possess good problem solving skills o Proficient in MS Excel, MS Words, Powerpoints. Proficiency in Macro will be added advantage. o Able to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
