Developing and execute an effective and good Planning Strategy.
Managing efficient use of marketing costs.
Responisble for visit and monitor competitors' activities.
Responsible for evaluate all promotional activitie.
Responsible for review Achievement of sales vs. target.
Making forecast sales per product and Target sales both regional and allocation per branch / store.
Making preliminary estimate for procurement.
Monitoring level of availability, service and delivery of products in distributors and stores.
Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase customers in certain areas.
Monitoring branch / store and make merchandise guidelines.
Maintain database outlet & synchronize with mark. intelligence.
Monitoring effectiveness of promotional programs across all branch / store.
Monitoring report stock in Distributors and Store.
Consolidate sales reports per region periodically.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales (Modern Trade and General Trade) for food industry.
Required Skill(s): negotiation, good leadership, good relation with buyer, good selling, target oriented.
Have Experience in Dairy Product / Cheese Product.
Have Additional Experience in General Trade is preferred.
Ready to be placed in Jawa Tengah / Yogyakarta
