Overall responsible in the supervision of the Production Team Ensure that the production is carried out in an efficient and effective manner Responsible for distribution of jobs to Production Team and ensure that work progress according to job schedule Troubleshoot production quality issues to ensure product output meet customer’s requirement Recommend corrective action into production & warehouse process to correct quality issues Ensure that Production machinery and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated Regularly conduct safety checks on Production machinery and equipment Regularly conduct checks to ensure that Production Team complies with safety rules and the proper use of PPE Continuously review and improve the production & warehouse area housekeeping, ensuring that it is always, well-maintained, organized and clean Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in Production area Schedule preventive maintenance for equipment and stock check of spare part list Lead improvement projects and 5S housekeeping Handle any disciplines or grievances issues from operators Prepare and conduct on job training for new operators and technicians Manage operators’ and technicians’ performance and recruitment Perform and update documentation for example FMEA, SPC, risk assessment, control plan, SOP or process flow chart etc Proper housekeeping and maintenance of production equipment and areas
