DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Proactively hunt new opportunities, to meet company targets for growth within the target markets.
Proactively identify new opportunities within existing customers and win repeat business.
Generation of quotations and technical proposals to customer opportunities.
REQUIREMENT
23-35 year old. Associate/ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering. Experience in technical marketing. Extensive customer and field experience (preferred in palm oil mill industry). Good written and oral communication skills. Knowing English and Mandarin would be advantageous. Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency. Must be resourceful, proactive and aggressive. Team player that works well in collaborative situations and competitive environments. Based in Medan and will be travelling to outstation.Candidate has to be accustomed to frequent customer exposure.
