Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
Maintain a watch on the area of activity ( Aquaculture markets, products, services)
Organizing and follow-up practical trials.
Monitor sales performance and report to management (sales forecast, customers review etc)
Monitor the results of the action plans in both collective and individual terms (sales figures, etc.)
Recommend and implement improvements concerning sales organization, customer relationships, Company products & services promotions etc
Establish the team objectives, how to achieve them and cascade them to the team
Identify and communicate to the local sales teams the information necessary for the proper management and development of their activities, and in line with the company strategy.
Working closely with production coordinator or technicians to review and improve our SOPs in PL and Nauplii production to improve the quality of our products to meet customer expectations.
Provide technical support to our customers in either hatcheries or farms to support the successful rate of our products’ performance in customers facilities (especially during the receiving and the first two or three days after receiving) and maintaining good relationship and business atmosphere between Company and its customer.
Contributing in seeking the opportunities to find new market for our Pls and Nauplii as well as BS.
Registering the customers complain into a formal report based on his technical assessment to operation manager to be forwarded to Technical Director Visiting customers in hatcheries and farm periodically to collect our genetic performance and do comparison with other competitors.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor in fishery or Marketing or related field
Minimum 2-3 (10) years of technical/sales experience in Aquaculture Feed & Genetics business
Willing to travel to visit the market (3 days minimum per trip)
Computer knowledge with latest application concerning the field.
Age between 33 (40) and 40 (55) years.
Knowledge of Indonesia hatchery business management & genetics sales practices
Excellence in English (oral and written)
Showing good leadership, management and able to work as individual or as a team
Having good networking in hatchery and farms in Indonesia
Have good experience in technical details of shrimp hatchery and farm
Able to report on the required information related to the job
