DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Protect and enhance Business-Customer relationship by being the day to day operational contact with customers or local CSR in various sectors. Be the link between customers, Commercial and the Supply Chain and other appropriate functions, taking full accountability for customer orders from the point at which they are received until the point at which the final shipping docs are raised. Contact with internal and external supplying plants for Purchases to fulfill customer’s demand.
Maintain a sound and proper working environment for the HK office, manage general office services and supplies, monitoring service level of Admin vendors and processing purchasing formality to meet compliance requirements.
Jobs to be performed to the agreed service level and fully compliant with SOX and regulatory requirement so that total customer satisfaction both internally and externally could be achieved.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, well organized, good interpersonal and communication skills, good command of written & spoken English & Putonghua, high PC skills especially in MS Office, knowledge in SAP
