Berkoordinasi dengan tim Recovery di kantor pusat untuk menentukan strategi intermal/eksternal untuk penanganan penyelesaian piutang yang tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan cara penagihan. Berkoodinasi dengan kepolisian dan badan hukum terkait untuk menindaklanjuti temuan fraud dan pelaporan konsumen terhadap cabang bersangkutan. Menyediakan laporan hasil evaluasi performance eksternal kolektor untuk bahan pertimbangan dalam pencairan success fee. Membuat analisa kasus-kasus nasabah dan SDM yang sering terjadi di area untuk menentukan langkah penangannya. Menentukan tindak lanjut terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi (jika ada) berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pencapaian target tim collection dibawahnya. Mengkaji laporan aktivitas penanganan penyelesaian kredit terhadap konsumen yang bermasalah dalam pembayaran dengan OD lebih dari 270 hari untuk menyusun rencana kerja. Merekomendasikan mutasi/promosi/demosi tim collection yang dipimpinnya berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kinerja. Membuat pengajuan SP, Reward, dan program untuk internal serta eksternal di area nya yang efektif dan efisien berdasarkan tugas – tugas yang telah dilakukan.
