Technology Integration: Ensure the effective integration of technology solutions (e.g., CRM systems, e-commerce platforms) to support O2O initiatives, stay updated with the latest retail technology trends and recommend innovations to enhance O2O capabilities. Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including third-party vendors, technology partners, and other external collaborators.
