Memastikan laporan depo sudah dikirim ke Pusat sesuai deadline. Menyetujui dan menyeleksi pengajuan permintaan kebutuhan ATK depo yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. Melakukan perhitungan gaji personel depo. Melakukan pemeriksaan atas usulan cost tidak rutin dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada otorisator. Memastikan adanya MOU untuk setiap Outlet yang bertransaksi (terutama untuk kredit/consignment).
