DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Channel Development (CI & Hi-End Retail): Identify and partner with premium home cinema integrators (Custom Installers), high-end AV boutiques, and luxury furniture showrooms across Jakarta and major cities. Architect & Designer Outreach: Build a robust referral network with Indonesian architects and interior designers focused on high-end residential projects (Apartments in SCBD, Luxury Villas, etc.). Solution Selling: Provide consultative sales experiences, integrating Laser TV technology with professional audio systems (Surround Sound, Hi-Fi) to offer a "Turnkey Private Cinema" solution. VIP Client Management: Directly manage inquiries and demonstrations for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), ensuring a premium end-to-end service. Market Intelligence: Monitor the landscape of premium display competitors (Micro-LED, etc.) and high-end projector brands o refine Hisense’s value proposition in Indonesia.
REQUIREMENT

Audio-Visual Expertise (Must have): Minimum 5 years of sales experience in high-end Home Theater, Hi-Fi audio, Projector or Professional AV. Deep knowledge of premium audio brands and their integration with visual displays. Technical literacy in AV standards: 4K/8K Resolution, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos, and acoustic calibration. Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Mandarin proficiency is a significant plus for communicating with HQ. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
