DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Daily/Weekly Reporting: Prepare and distribute the Weekly Sales Report, comparing current performance against the prior year to track trends. Monthly Closing & Analysis: Own critical month-end reports, adhering to strict deadlines: Prepare the Monthly Flash Report and perform variance analysis against final sales figures. Prepare the Support Center Report for expense monitoring. Consolidate financial data from all MAP subsidiaries into the Consolidation Report. Generate the Detailed Monthly Report (including sales by region and payables analysis). Asset Management: Manage and record Fixed Asset Mutations (additions, disposals, and depreciation) monthly. Quarterly Insight: Produce the Top 20 Brand Report for key merchandising and purchasing decisions. General Accounting: Assist with general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and documentation of internal controls.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum requirement). At least 1 year of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines, particularly during month-end closing processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
