DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Generate new business for Fit-Out & Furniture projects, Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
Identify potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
Coordinate with design, production, and project teams
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Proven experience in Fit-Out and Furniture sales (UAE market preferred)
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs
Maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close deals
Gather market feedback
REQUIREMENT
Requirements: Proven sales experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of the UAE market Self-motivated and goal-oriented Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
