Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the working day. Knowledge of proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and materials. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks before guest check-in times. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work consistently and adhere to assigned schedules. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanour. Willingness to undertake training on company procedures and cleaning protocols. Basic understanding of waste management and environmental sustainability practices.
