Cash Handling: Manage the till efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and providing customers with receipts.
Order Taking: Take orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in recording their preferences.
Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, cooking methods, and special offerings. Be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Coordination: Act as the liaison between the kitchen staff and customers, communicating orders promptly and ensuring timely delivery of food.
Quality Control: Inspect food orders before serving to ensure they meet our quality standards and match the customers' requests.
Delivery Platforms Management: Handle orders from delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Zomato, and Talabat, ensuring accuracy in processing and timely delivery to customers.
REQUIREMENT
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food or casual dining environment.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and orders.
