REQUIREMENT
Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of qualifying and nurturing leads. Strong Communication and Sales abilities, including persuasion and relationship-building skills. Proven Outbound Mentality (Hunter DNA) and manage to keep outreach 50 to 100 outreach day Experience in rejection playbook during outreach communication and able to negate those rejection into more engaging communication Have Experience in building sales pipeline and building targeted database prospects based on ICP profile provided by company Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills. Have experience and Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is an advantage. Familiarity with ERP solutions like SAP and Acumatica or others is a plus. Able to learn PAIN problems, into better qualification on BANT process then into output successfully booked meetings High discipline, high on setting schedules daily, working based on plan and review weekly plan to analyze the weekly output achievement. Have experience in telesales, B2B cold calling, comfortable on managing MQLs into SQLs KPI on monthly basis Familiar with B2B lead generations softwares would be huge
